Rainy night

Last night I started shredding an old shirt on the back, it looks awesome! It's almost finished but my hand started cramping up so I decided I'd have a break from it tonight and find some things that I want to make for the summer. I have some chiffon left over from the evening gown that I entered in the competition last week that I'm going to make a skirt like this with,

 and I have a couple of meters of this wide blue lace ribbon

but I'm not sure what I'm gonna do with it yet. I was planning on doing a top in a silkyish material and having a stripe of the lace along the bottom and sleeves, but it's not going to look very good considering how thick the lace is. I have a crap load of other material that I can use, I'm just not inspired to do anything with it at the moment. I have a bag full of feathers that I'm not sure how I'm going to use yet, I did make a pair of earrings with a peacock feather but other than that I haven't done anything or thought of anything for them yet.

I'm going to go project hunting on google to find something to do that doesn't involve carpal tunnel. Fingers crossed anyways.

Dreams and Diamonds.

This is where i'm going to be posting my longer diary posts and crafts as well hopefully.
Might take about a week to get the photos from the Tauranga Moana garments because I took them all down today, the show isn't until next friday night but there is a dress rehearsal the day before.
I'm really excited to have some time to start making summer clothes and also found some kinda cool jewelry that I want to try making.
I might try to get some photos of some of the previous things that I've made, I kinda just want somewhere I can keep a record of the different things that I've made and the tutorials I find all over the internet for different things too.

this post is a bit of a clusterfuck, but when I actually have something to post, it'll be formatted a little better.
